3. Responsibility for Children
Whilst Shoogulaboot Limited is committed to maintaining safe practices, responsibility for the supervision and care of children attending our events remains with:

Shoogulaboot Limited personnel are not responsible for providing child supervision unless specifically agreed in writing as part of a separate arrangement.

5. School and Educational Visits
When visiting schools, nurseries, kindergartens, libraries, or educational settings, Shoogulaboot Limited will work cooperatively with the host organisation to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with that organisation’s safeguarding procedures and policies.
The host organisation remains responsible for:
- Child supervision.
- Attendance management.
- Behaviour management.
- Obtaining parental permissions where required.
- Managing safeguarding procedures within the venue.
6. Photography and Recording
Photography, video recording, and media capture at events must comply with the policies of the host organisation.
Shoogulaboot Limited will not knowingly photograph, record, publish, or use identifiable images of children for promotional purposes without appropriate permissions having been obtained by the relevant parent, guardian, school, library, or responsible organisation.
Where photographs are used, we will always seek to respect children’s privacy and dignity.
7. Online Safety
Shoogulaboot Limited supports safe and responsible online engagement.
Our website, social media channels, and online activities are intended to provide information and educational content in a responsible manner.
Children should always be supervised by a parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult when interacting online.
We encourage children never to share personal information online without appropriate adult guidance.
